COPYRIGHT AGREEMENT:  Form for a contract to grant an exclusive license to market and sell photographs protected under copyright law.

LICENSE AGREEMENT

License agreement made 5/4/2005, between George Thurman the original artist. (the “licensor”), and Debra Horton, a Graphics Artist (the “licensee”).

RECITALS

A.       The licensor is the sole and exclusive owner of, and has the sole and exclusive right to grant licenses under Copyright Laws of the United States. Without admitting the validity of the above-mentioned copyrights, but solely for commercial purposes, the licensee wishes to acquire the right and to manufacture, sell, and use apparatus embodying, employing, and containing the PHOTOGRAPHS; throughout the United States and its territories.

In consideration of the matters described above, and of the mutual benefits and obligations set forth in this agreement, the parties agree as follows:

ARTICLE ONE.

GRANT OF LICENSE

The licensor grants to the licensee the right manufacture, sell, and use apparatus embodying, employing, and containing the photographs, copyrighted in the above-mentioned paragraphs, throughout the United States and its territories, to the full end of the term or terms for which such rights, have been or may be granted, and any reissue or reissues of such rights, unless this agreement is terminated prior to such term or terms, as provided below.

ARTICLE TWO.

REPRESENTATIONS OF LICENSOR

The licensor represents and warrants that it is the sole and exclusive owner of the entire right, title, and interest in and to the above-mentioned photographs, and that it has the right to grant the right, license, and privilege granted in this agreement; that it has executed no agreement in conflict with this agreement. This agreement may be terminated at any time by either party.

The parties have executed this agreement on the day and year first above written.

License agreement made 5/4/2005, between Michael P. Guddy,  the original artist. (the “licensor”), and Debra A. Horton, a Graphics Artist & website designer, and Fastlanegt.com owned by George Thurman (the “licensees”).

A.       The licensor is the sole and exclusive owner of, and has the sole and exclusive right to grant licenses under Copyright Laws of the United States. Without admitting the validity of the above-mentioned copyrights, but solely for commercial purposes, the licensee wishes to acquire the right and to manufacture, sell, and use apparatus embodying, employing, and containing the graphics & and art work; throughout the United States and its territories.

In consideration of the matters described above, and of the mutual benefits and obligations set forth in this agreement, the parties agree as follows:

Without admitting the validity of the above-mentioned copyrights, but solely for commercial purposes, the licensee wishes to acquire the right and to manufacture, sell, and use apparatus embodying, employing, and containing the songs & Midi music; throughout the United States and its territories.

In consideration of the matters described above, and of the mutual benefits and obligations set forth in this agreement, the parties agree as follows:

License agreement made 9/13/2005, between Reverend Louise Arthur, the original artist. (the “licensor”), and Debra A. Horton, a Graphics Artist & website designer, and Fastlanegt.com owned by George Thurman (the “licensees”).

RECITALS

A.       The licensor is the sole and exclusive owner of, and has the sole and exclusive right to grant licenses under Copyright Laws of the United States. Without admitting the validity of the above-mentioned copyrights, but solely for commercial purposes, the licensee wishes to acquire the right and to manufacture, sell, and use apparatus embodying, employing, and containing the songs & Midi music; throughout the United States and its territories.
