1.) Graphic Custom Orders
We will create customized graphics and/or photos after we have received payment and/or payment arrangements have been met and/or agreed upon. It is your responsibility to provide us with an email address in which to have communication.
2.) Content
All services provided by us may only be used for lawful purposes. This includes, but not limited to: Copyrighted material and/or illegally obtained material. Any photos and/or graphics you submit for customization must have a written release by the "ORIGINAL" artist. We retain permission of each artist on this site of all graphics and/or photos for sale as well as any music used on this site.
3.) Zero Tolerance Spam Policy
We take a zero tolerance stance against sending of unsolicited e-mail, bulk emailing, and spam. "Safe lists" and "double opt-in" will be treated as spam.
We keep all emails private and do not sell or give out any email address or personal information. We do not allow web-spiders, hackers, and/or those who intentionally try to cause harm to this website or any part of this website and the emails contained within.
4.) Payment Information
You agree to supply appropriate payment for the services received from us. If you should cancel any or all graphics and/or photos on order, a notice must be given 72 hours in advance. Orders that are done and received by you are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to change payment amount and any other charges at anytime.
5.) Lost Email:
Your use of the service is at your sole risk. We are not responsible for files lost in the "mail". You agree to take full responsibility for files transferred to you via email and it will be up to you to do the appropriate backup of files and data stored on your computer and email..
6.) Cancellation and Refunds
We reserve the right to cancel the account at any time.
Customers may cancel with a 72 hour notice. We give you an unconditional money back guarantee on orders not received by you minus a 25% non-refundable, layout fee for time and work that has already been placed and reserved for your order. Refund requests after graphics and/or photos received by you are non-refundable.
7.) Resource Usage
Users may not initiate the following:
a) You may not sell, re-distribute, or use these graphics and photos in an illegal manner. You may not claim them as your own and must retain a copy of the copyright release on your website where our graphic(s) and /or photo(s) are to be used. Any website found not to be following this important rule, will be turned into the authorities. All graphics are and will be embedded with a digital code to trace and/or track their whereabouts to help prevent theft and illegal usage.
b) You may not alter the graphics and/or photos in any way, other than placing a name on them, if you so desire. Original artist's name and/or logo must remain on the graphic(s) and/or photo(s).
8.) Bandwidth Usage
You may not "HOT LINK" from this website. You are welcome to follow the directions for use of our banner at the bottom of the "LINKS" section. We do not allow downloads from this site and all graphics are sent via email by request whether they are customized or not.
Any and/or all music on this site is for site purposes only. We retain written documentation on this site to the effect that we are legal and do not allow downloading of the music. It will by the artist's sole discretion to give permission for anyone outside of this website for you to use, copy, and/or download the music.
9.) Indemnification
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold us harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against us, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by fastlanegt.com, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless any liabilities arising out of; (1) any loss to person or property caused by any graphics and/or photos sold by us; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any content included or held within another person's and/or company's website.
10.) Changes to the TOU & TOS
We reserve the right to revise its policies at any time without notice.
